Form should be filled out by the Financial Aid office

Criteria/Guidelines:
– Priority given to an incoming Freshman student
– If there are no eligible incoming freshmen for the upcoming academic year, the college may elect to re-award the annual scholarship to the current recipient for another year
– Selection is merit based without any minimum requirements for SAT scores, GPAs, class standing, etc.
